This didn't really matter for me since i activated the skill before spending pearls on trey but might come up for some people.

It seems that Trey's Tank tree blocks this skill from Brad.

Thanks. On another note, I just realized the craftable target scopes can't be disassembled. Maybe you could add this since I have like 15 of each of them and there isn't really a point to having multiples.
