You do know that the name of your jam kinda makes it sound like it's about Francisco Franco, the Spanish dictator, right?
The word 'Franco' isn't associated with 'France' or 'French' in English.
Maybe simply 'French Jam' (or maybe "Frenchies' Jam" ?) would work better?
