Gretel image in shop still pregnant after she had give birth child (I don't test in her home)

After you complete to fuck Aya and wander in map, it still display both nude mc and Aya image in screen and not disappear even switch in a new map, but when you speak to someone which display both mc and other image, the nude Aya disappear but mc nude image always display in screen.

Have you checked if you still wear clothes/armor or re-equip them even if you already wear them? This might fix your problem.
