You could add as a mission, collect semen from different species for Elise. As a single or repeatable mission.

Not a bad idea.
You can already sell children to Elise, but that takes a long time

It wouldnt be applicable to the higher dificulties, also not realistic.

What is unrealistic about selling genetic material to Elise?

It spoils is what I meant. Didnt want to be rude. Maybe there could be something to prevent spoiling, so that kind of mission is still possible maybe.

I really wanna play on the higher difficulty. But the only thing about it i dont like is that i cant heal my hp pool with resting. All of the other more difficult mechanics are cool and awesome but i hate this one :(

theres red potions for hp, you restore hp as the next day happens as well as abomination able to restore hp with desecrate
