Good time! help please, downloaded the latest version, but in the menu when you need to press any button, I press all the buttons and nothing happens, and for some reason the version of the game writes v0.01

The broken save file may cause this issue. Delete the .save file in Path C:\Users\*Your User Name*\AppData\LocalLow\ScarletPaper\ThornSin, and try again

It didn't help(, is it possible it's related to my region where I live? I'm from russia, and some games didn't work for me until I changed my region and language to japanese or other.
