i purchased and when trying to download V1.0 the file says it is invalid when i try to unzip

Hello,

Please make sure you reset your router/modem and attempt to download again. Also, try using the /app.

Let us know if that works for you.

I have the same issue, downloading from the website, the file is corrupt every time. When downloading through the app it gets to a point where it is almost complete and then restarts the download over and over again
