In double or nothing quest once being told to come back tomorrow to Lorraine's I can't figure out what to do next. Have literally talked to everyone I could and tried sleeping and can't figure it out.

Once you've seen the related night scene for that quest that's the end of content for it currently. The quest has additional content coming as a part of the next update (0.1.20) alongside a new h-scene.
