Need help with quest "forests and beasts"

I've been enjoying the story so fair and want to progress more but I'm stuck on the "find a helper for sabra's work" part

I don't know who or what I need to give her to progress the story I'll appreciate any help that you guys can give me

You need to have a character with Magic factor Great or Excellent.

i am playing for a long time now and now i am stuck on the part where you take out the sword but i can’t get it out on this quest "forest and beast"

You don't need the sword in the stone. It's an extra. Also not qute as good as the best sword you can make. You need at least 175 physical to pull it out. This can be temporary as there are items and potion that can temporarily increase physical.

What other main quests? You have done the rebel and major quest or you wouldn't get the forest and beast quest.
