When I rebirth into sick human, I get stacks of pubic hair and butt hair, how do I remove them? Same with freckles and weak bladder.

pubic hair can't be permanently removed but can be shaved with basic needs window and gives you pubic hair item which will be used fo a joke hairstyle or to make a sweater later just not made yet for freckles and weak bladder rebirth again.
