The guide said it's located south of the arbor region in the world map but I can't find it. Can anyone send a screenshot of the location if I wasn't bothering?
It was relocated. Before it was that little temple in the south of the desert, now the entrance is close to Lydia's home with the many desert ruins. Look for the newly added location with the oasis and then head northeast.
