Once you have chosen your date you cannot do it again, the only way to see is to Save before you choose either option (or save before Night the day you chose that option, and if that day is raining save before evening). The only difference between them is the dialogue, location and scene (but you can easily see the other after the date). Not sure if I helped answering this question of yours. >_>
