Love the art & color scheme here! Lots of stuff to explore & figure out on your own, and the classical trope of dickish Wizards causing their own downfall was done quite well. My biggest gripe with it is I was far more sympathetic to the Cacogens than I was to the PCs! We don’t deserve their sun lol
Eye-catching, appealing look with intriguing contents to utilize. Me like a dying sun and ruined telescope. Getting Merritt, Brackett, ERB feels.
The keying is very scannable. I would have liked a brief cheat guide on what steps make the ritual occur in one place, and maybe some time pressure. This is clean. The printer friendly version was easier on the eyes. Very Appendix N.
Hey! Thanks for the review! I think what you're asking is in the key for room #5, second bullet point. If that's still not clear, let me know and I'll try to give a better explanation
that’s my bad then! thank you
Great artwork. Very much in an Appendix N style. Clear and easy to follow. Looks fun to play.
Thanks you very much!
Praise the sun! Nice style and a spot-on adventure, perfectly in line with the title.
Thank you! Appreciated! \o/
Classic dungeon meets Outer Wilds problem solving and environmental storytelling - an excellent adventure. The art, colour, text emphasis and layout is all used to great effect to create a module that would be easy to use at the table. The plot (stealing someone elses sun) fits the theme brilliantly.
V minor, but I wonder if it's clear where players should start from how the rooms are numbered. I imagined room 1, but think it's more likely room 4.
Thanks for the review! About the numbering, you're right. I tried to keep the key close to where the room was on the map, but maybe that wasn't a very good idea.
The colours are cool and I dig the art. I'm not big in tri folds, but I think this one is darn good. Love the setting.
Hi! Thanks for the review! Appreciated!
