If you continue working on this I see potential. Some sounds, player feedback and different types of biomes would make this much better by itself because I like the core game and level design. Also movement seems pretty snappy and solid. So yeah congratulations on you first game jam! :)

thank you so much ! I'm glad you like the level design, I put a lot of thought into it.

I was impressed by the level design in this, and also by the fact that you made everything yourself during the jam period. I was unable to beat it (tbh I'm not great at platformers), but I enjoyed the challenge. If you keep working on this, I agree with the other commenter that paying some attention to the character controller and jump height could take it to the next level. I also think adding some more detail to the environment in the first area would be nice.
Congratulations on finishing the jam!

I found this to be quite challenging, and was unable to completely finish :(

I think if you were able to control the jump height depending on how long you hold the jump button, it would be good. There were times when i felt like I was jumping too high in order to fit through a narrow passage, so having an option to jump a little shorter would be awesome. Also, adding some coyote time would be helpful too!

As a side note, I've noticed this is the first game uploaded on your profile—if it's your first game jam, congrats!!! Completing a game jam is an awesome achievement that not many people can accomplish :)

thanks for the feedback. To be honest I found it hard to beat it myself even though I made it and I’ll probably add both of those things in the future.
