How does the game fit the theme?
You've been assigned to map a strange place. A deserted town for your GPS company. Simple job, drive through, let the system scan, and upload the data. Nobody mentioned why the town was abandoned. Nobody mentioned what's still out there.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
"https://thelazystone.itch.io/post-apocalypse-pixel-art-asset-pack". and a car sprite that I have had for a while from itch.

spooky game, but if we are there to map the place then give us a map!
like an empty map that get revealed/mapped once you scan/mapped it(I ofc definitely didn't get lost)

You really captured the spooky atmosphere perfectly. I felt on edge the whole time I was playing this!

Love it! The lighting, the spooky dude who I can only assume is a streaker, the spooky sound effects. I do wish the driving controls reversed when reversing to better imitate a real car, felt a bit disorienting reversing and pressing left to go left. But good job, this is great!

This game is impressive for the deadline! I love the beginning story/cutscene, really adds to the overall theme. Headlights acting as a flashlight is super cool, and the sound design makes the atmosphere so creepy! Great work. :)

Thanks a lot! It was somewhat a pain and learned a lot. In the end I finally found it was pretty simple.
