How does the game fit the theme?
The quota you work towards every day can be too high to reach. You need to build trust with your coworkers to so you can give them some of your work. It's never guaranteed that they actually do it though and it might come back to you. You can of course also betray them.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We used some character animations from Mixamo, a few Models are from a pack and the sound effects are from freesound.org

How many people worked on the game?

good execution and feels quite polished. At first I did not understand that I needed to drag the hydraulic press to move it. My favorite feature was that I could exploit my coworkers and load off some work every day (even when their trust should already be in the negatives, it never goes below 10) without accepting extra work for myself.
Does get repitive very fast (I guess that is the nature of assembly-line-work)

Thank you for the feedback!
Yeah, the trust system was meant to get you to interact with the coworkers (the trustscore is basically the percentage chance that they show up / actually do your work so it's not tacked on the next day) but the balancing is still very off. It's meant to stop at 10 so you don't softlock your trust progression since a person won't show up if it's 0.
We had some ideas like items to tackle the repetitiveness but just not enough time :')
