🎮 October Game Jam – Game Developers of Dallas

Where: Collin College IT Center, 9700 Wade Blvd, Frisco, TX 75035 (Hybrid: join in-person or online via Discord)

The October Game Jam is a weekend-long event where developers, designers, and artists come together to create a fully functional game. Form teams, brainstorm ideas, and build games around a surprise theme revealed at the start of the jam.

Kick-Off: Friday, October 23 | 4:45 PM

• Introductions, Space Orientation & Keynote
• 5:00 PM: Theme Announced
• 7:00 PM: Game Pitches & Team Sign-Up

Work Day: Saturday, October 24 | 12 PM – 4 PM

• 12:00 PM: Team Check-In
• All Day: Jam & Build Your Game!

Presentations & Demos: Sunday, October 25 | 12 PM – 3 PM

• 12:00 PM: Final Team Check-In
• 2:45 PM: All Games Uploaded & Ready for Presentation
• 3:00 PM: Finished Game Presentations

Theme Reveal: October 23 | 5 PM

Submissions Due: October 25 | 2:45 PM
