You ever heard of Gnolls? You know, those crass, stinky, rude, big, hunched, hunky hyena men all over the internet? Do you like 'em? Well then you should make a game about 'em!
The rules are simple:
The theme of this jam is "HUNGRY." Your entry does not NEED to be in line with the theme
You can choose to interpret this literally and include themes of eating or vore, or you can choose to interpret it figuratively, like hungry for success or hungry for recognition. (My other theme idea was going to be Eat The Rich, but I decided to make it more general)
Submissions will be organized into 3 distinct categories and a winner will be decided in each category:
Unlike last year, judging is going to be handled by the community, so the only prize will be a cool PNG of a medal and the recognition of your fellow gnoll likers.
Grab Bag Judging
Grab Bag is going to be weird to judge, so if you submit a Grab Bag entry, prepare to get weird scores if one doesn't apply to your thing cleanly.
If you're not sure where to start: I've collected many (not all) of the free-to-use rules systems on Itch.io in this collection: /c/6513279/free-ttrpg-srds
If you've written a free-to-use TTRPG system that you'd like to have added to this list, please let me know!
This template can help you make your game page nice and pretty.

Q: What is a gnoll?
A: I'm... surprised you're here if you don't know what they are. Gnolls are hulking hyena-like humanoids known for being crass, stinky, and rude. The specifics vary, and you should feel free to put your own spin on them. To get an idea, you can check out gnoll portrayals in popular media: D&D Wiki Pathfinder Wiki Eberron Wiki World of Warcraft
Q: What length should my game be?
A: Any length. You could make a one-sheet micro RPG or a more complex ruleset.
Q: Can I submit a non-tabletop game?
A: Sure! There's a separate category for non-tabletop submissions!
Q: Can my game require a peripheral, such as a Jenga tower?
A: Yes!
Q: Can my game be based off of another game?
A: Yes, as long as that game's rules are free to use.
Q: Who drew the banner?
A: Me! It's the cover for Unchained Gnolls, a D&D 5.5e gnoll supplement.
