Horror Game Jam ( GORE)

You have complete creative freedom. You can make psychological horror, liminal spaces, stealth, retro / PS1 style, VHS analog horror, or suspense. Any type of content is allowed as long as it fits the horror genre or is related to it.

OPTIONAL SUBTHEME / CHALLENGE: GORE

If you want to add a more visceral touch, blood, or grotesque elements, feel free to do so! It is completely optional and will not negatively affect your score if you choose not to include it.

RULES:

1. The game must be developed within the timeframe of the jam.

2. You can work solo or in a team.

3. The use of any game engine (Unity, Godot, Unreal, etc.) and third-party assets with proper licensing is allowed.

4. GENERATIVE AI: Generative AI tools are NOT allowed as a total replacement for original work. They may only be used as a minor assistant or aid during development.

5. CONTENT & CONTENT WARNINGS: Any type of horror-related content is welcome. However, if your game contains heavy gore, explicit imagery, or intense themes, you MUST add a clear Content Warning (CW) at the top of your game page and at the start of the game.

Esta es una game jam dedicada a la creación de juegos de terror en cualquier formato, estilo o motor.

TEMA PRINCIPAL: TERROR LIBRE

Tienes total libertad creativa. Puedes hacer terror psicológico, espacios liminales, sigilo, estética retro / PS1, terror analógico VHS o suspenso. Se permite cualquier tipo de contenido siempre que sea de terror o tenga relación con el género.

SUBTRAMA / DESAFÍO OPCIONAL: GORE

Si quieres añadir un toque más visceral, sangre o elementos grotescos, ¡eres libre de hacerlo! Es totalmente opcional y no afectará negativamente tu puntuación si decides no incluirlo.

REGLAS:

1. El juego debe desarrollarse dentro del plazo de la jam.

2. Puedes trabajar en solitario o en equipo.

3. Se permite el uso de cualquier motor de videojuegos (Unity, Godot, Unreal, etc.) y assets de terceros con la licencia correspondiente.

4. IA GENERATIVA: No está permitida la IA generativa como sustituto total del trabajo. Solo se permite usarla como ayuda o asistente menor en el desarrollo.

5. CONTENIDO Y AVISOS DE ADVERTENCIA: Cualquier tipo de contenido relacionado con el terror es bienvenido. Sin embargo, si tu juego contiene gore fuerte, imágenes explícitas o temas muy intensos, es OBLIGATORIO incluir un aviso de contenido (Content Warning) claro en la página de tu juego y al inicio del mismo.
