Bring your original characters to life. Build a game around a character of your choosing — from any platform, tool, or style — using the world's most advanced AI game builder. You don't need to be a Game Designer or Developer. With Jabali, anyone can create and publish a game.

Build Journey Award: 3 winners $50veach, awarded to the best documented development journeys (videos devlogs). Can be stacked with placement prizes.

Schedule

August 14th

• 8am PT: AI Masterclass
• 8am PT: Workshop #1 — Feedback and review session
• Game Jam officially starts. Participants begin building and submitting their games.

August 16th

• Initial Submission Deadline. Phase 1 submissions close. All participants must submit a playable version of their game.

August 19th

• Top 10 Announced, based on judging criteria.
• Improvement Stage begins (through Aug 26th). The Top 10 creators continue improving, polishing, and expanding their games based on feedback. Registration and details for the next selection stage are revealed.

Judging & Rules

Quality: Technical polish and presentation.

Gameplay: Overall game experience and engagement.

Creativity: Originality of concept and execution.

Theme Alignment: Relevance to the theme — who did it best.

All games will be evaluated by a panel of judges. Evaluation factors include (but are not limited to) gameplay, community votes, creativity, quality, and originality. Only one game can be entered into the competition per participant. To receive any prizes, participants must agree to Jabali's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. Rules may be updated, with all changes communicated in advance via Instagram, email, Discord, or our website. We may disqualify entries with suspected bot activity.

We will provide access to a premium subscription for Jabali Studio, but you're welcome to supplement with other tools as you like.
