Very neat and original idea, however the difficulty of the game is a bit too harsh. The bullet feels quite unpredictable.
The art and presentation is nice, likewise the sound.

Summarize your game!
Its a one bullet - bullet hell, avoid being killed, pick up fuel/xp get upgrades. try to survive until the bullet chasing you runs out of fuel.
Please explain how your game fits the theme.
There is only one bulltet. Only 1 thing to avoid. No extra obstacles. Even running out of fuel isnt an issue other than the fact that you wont be able to dodge the 1 enemy chasing you.

If i had to describe the bullets in every bullet hell, it would be
In this game, Bull-it follows none of those rules. Naturally, if there's just one bullet it needs to be far more threatening, but the methods used to achieve that here fail.
Bull-it doesnt move with any sort of realistic physics. It turns on a dime and follows fast, unpredictable patterns. It doesnt feel like a real bullet, it feels like a bullet in like, those unfair mario rage-games. It feels completely random - I should be safe if im 90 degrees to the side of a bullet, but when the bullet can spin on the spot, thats not the case.
