Summarize your game!
Play as a sailor who finds himself in the middle of a storm, and he will be out of fuel soon enough!
Please explain how your game fits the theme.
“Cost” Interpretation
Our original concept was that the player would reach the end of the journey with little more than the ship’s bare metal hull remaining. To keep the furnace running, they would gradually be forced to burn even the wooden floors of the ship.
Due to limited development time, valuable antique furniture became the primary implementation of the “cost” theme in the final prototype. Every piece of furniture has a monetary value. The more furniture the player burns, the more valuable cargo they lose.
“Progress” Interpretation
The ship marker in the progress bar at the bottom of the screen advances only while the furnace has sufficient heat and pressure.
Progress becomes impossible if the player does not continuously feed the furnace with whatever burnable materials are available.

I love the simplicity. I like the ballance between burning goods or trying hard and finding more coal, Did 2 runs and I supsect with the right timing and patience you can get away without burning any goods at all! Good job!
Awesome concept! I like how intuitive it is to play and didn’t require any kind of tutorial. The graphics are really nice, and the sound of the boiler with the creaking door added a kind of ominous backdrop to the whole being a lone sailor in a giant ship trying to outrun a storm thing.
In my first run I burned all the furniture but in my second I got away with only $1500 bucks worth.
Also my 5 yr old nephew who’s obssessed with the Titanic for some reason was really interested in what I was playing
Yey! It warms my heart to hear that your son likes it :) (I also have kids 5 and 9 years old. I actually love games that are intuitive and don't use any kind of "exact navigation for what you should do". I just wanted to light up things you can interact with, and that's it. Thanks for the time you invested to play. Glad you like it. Unfortunately, it's kind of unpolished right now, but we mainly worked as 2 people.
Nice, easy to understand and play. Nice art style too
