Theme

No Theme, since it is the first Poop Jam. You could say the theme is comedy.

RULES

• NO BRAINROTS
• Groups maximum is 8
•  Must be funny
• Teen-Friendly Content maximum - the content for 14 year olds or lower.
• The game must be safe for streaming. (no DMCA music or TOS Violations)
• Games must contain at least 1 meme in any way - refference, jumpscare, any way. (but no barinrots).
• Games can be made via any language or engine. recomendation: HTML5 so people can play in the browser
•  Theme can be anything - since its funny and teen-friendly.
• Maximum of 1 game submission.
• You cant make the game part of a series, unless you create a new.
• The game must be free.
• The user should have a full experience of the game in max 30 min.
• Have Fun - yes, you must have fun making it.

Can I submit a game I already made?

Yes!  Since it follows the theme, wasnt made for another game jam, was made by 6 months ago, and isnt in a series (unless used by another Poop Jam.)

Can I use assets I didn't make?

You can use any free and copyleft assets that you have the rights to, such as Unity or Unreal asset store items.

What are the voting criteria?

Comedy (How funny is the game), Gameplay (How cool is the game), Originality (How Original is the game (does include memes and your previous games)), Theme (How well does it fit the theme), and Presentation (how good does it look and sound)

How does voting work?

The community votes the games, then, the top few games will be shown to the moderators and judges. After that, Those games will be ranked.

Why Poop Jam?

Just a random name i found. and there is no jam called poopjam (atleast on itch.io).
