Jam Rules

Content

• Your game must be made entirely during the jam
  • Previously made games cannot be submitted
  • Asset libraries (own or online) and game engines are allowed
• No copyrighted or unauthorized content
• No NSFW content (nudity, slurs, etc.)

AI Policy

• No use of AI for user-facing content (art, audio, text, etc.)
• Use of AI for code is strongly discouraged, although not enforceable
• AI usage must be clearly communicated with your team and on your Itch page
• Any submission may be disqualified if e-board suspects undisclosed or improperly disclosed AI usage

Submission

• Your game must run on a standard Windows computer at a minimum
  • Other builds may be included (macOS, Linux) but a Windows or web build is required
• Your Itch page must be submitted to the jam before the deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Late builds are allowed at e-board discretion (if there are issues, let us know early!)

Teams (Optional)

• Each team is allowed a maximum of 5 members
• All members must be current RIT students
  • Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis
• You can form a team prior to the jam, or be paired up with other jammers at the kickoff
