Solos Events Series: THE GAME JAM

In order to celebrate 2 months (since the start of first streak) Anniversary of Solos VC, leksev.zip will be hosting the first-ever Solos VC Game Jam from August 4, 10 AM GMT to August 9 (extended to 12), 10 AM GMT (therefore the event will last for 3 days). This will not only serve as a good first ground to test our new Mini-Events system and ensure everything works as intended, but also let us have a fun time with others while at it.

[Goal]:

- Create and submit a game you made according to the rules below.

[Duration]:

-  August 5, 10 AM GMT to August 9 (extended to 12), 10 AM GMT , as stated beforehand.

Note: this amounts to a total of 5 days, but if the vast majority of developers hasn't finished their game the ending can be negotiated to give some more time margin.

Solos VC related!

[Rules]:

- You must make the game and all the assets while on stream at Solos VC for the duration of the mini-event.

- The final result must be posted at the linked itch.io page before the deadline.

- Excluding sporadic coding assistance (like Copilot's auto-completions on VS), all usage of generative AI is forbidden. This includes assets, vibe-coding, etc.

- The game must abide by the server rules.

- If any of the previous rules are cheated on by a user and/or team, the entirety of the members implicated will be inmediately disqualified. The jam staff may also request at any given point in time to inspect the game in order to ensure it's not breaking said rules.

[Rating System]:

The people at The Biomass can grant a max. of 1 point per game they enjoy. The game that people likes the most, wins!

Q: Are teams allowed?

A: Yes, as long as all team members are streaming individually.

Q: Are third-party assets allowed?

A: Yes, except AI-generated or otherwise rule-breaking assets.
