Constellation Crafting: Chaos Mode is a fun and easy to pick up quickfire game that encourages creativity amongst its players. I appreciated that the game is presented on a single page, making the instructions and rules easy to digest. The artwork also does a great job of setting the scene as you take on the role of celestial beings. I loved the lore of creating this constellation over a period of 176 years where each second of gameplay representing a year on Earth. Whilst getting your stars is quite simple, what the game shine is getting prompted to make decisions about your constellation: its shape, its story, its name etc. The game length is generally about 10 minutes, but replayability comes with playing with different groups of friends and seeing what you can come up with together, and even creating interlinking stories between your constellations. I'd suggest this game as a good entry level game for players wanting to exercise creativity or as a companion for GMs wanting to add extra flavour to their world building.
