did this!
I like Baldi's Basics mods about people's OCs. So, let's make some, within 2 weeks!
8 people joined this jam and not even half ended up submitting an entry. I'm disappointed.
RULES:
- Your mod must be themed around your OC, or someone else's. Other NPCs should also be OCs, but you can have a few random characters if you want. If you get permission to use anyone else's OC, be sure to credit them for the creation of the character.
- Elaborating a bit more on the last note. The main NPC (Baldi) should be specifically your OC. If you don't have one... why did you join the jam? But in a case like that, you can use someone else's if you get their permission. If not, then... I dunno what to tell you.
- Extra/Secret modes are not required. You can make them if you want, though. I don't mind.
- Don't steal assets/scripts. At least ask for permission!
- Any decompile is allowed, but PSPLeafFox's Baldi's Basics Open Source Tool is encouraged.
- You may work with a team, but not TOO many people!
- Development of the mod should ONLY start after the jam has started.
- Generic naming scheme is just "[OC]'s Basics in [WHATEVER]." As long as your mod's title has the main NPCs name in it, it's fine.
- Try to be unique! A fun gimmick is heavily encouraged.
- I really don't want you to use AI for anything in the mod, but I mean... I can't stop you, I guess...? Just please try to avoid it.
- I'm not the type of person to promote my own mods, (I actually am but don't worry about it) but I think taking inspiration from Squid's Basics in Amiibo Hunting is a good idea. But, as I said before, make sure to be unique!
