This prototype definitely shows a lot of promise. With some added elements like strategically placed enemies, clever pathing, and mechanics like bombing bridges or isolating foes, it could evolve into something really exciting. The tension of chasing down enemies while avoiding falling would make for a fun and dynamic experience...waiting to see how this will evolve in upcoming jams.
Thank you and yes, enemies that chase was what I had in mind.
You got the basic concept done in 3 hours, good job! I like your problem solving. From what I understand, the black "mentos" actually destroy the bridges -> that way you don't have to care about triggers, timing etc. Also... there are minimaps ^.^ !
Oh and an advice: Turn off the itch.io fullscreen toggle. As you have two toggles and the one that works (better) is the Unity's one.
Thank you for playing and for your feedback! Appreciated. And hooray for mini maps! 🥳
Definitely fits the theme! I burned so many bridges. It'll be fun to see how this one develops in part 2 :)
Thank yooouuu! I like snacks too.
Ok, this prototype has a lot of potential. In its actual state is not very interesting, but it reminds me the rolling stone in crash bandicoot levels… So, it could be fantastic using enemies (located in the map), calculate how to gather them and then destroy them while purchasing the player by bombing the bridges or keep them isolated, trying not to fall, etc.
Please, keep going on, there´s a lot of potential here ^^
Hi! Thank you for playing and reviewing. Haha yeah, I’m just getting started, and planning to add more features next weekend at Trijam-333 part 2!
