Make a game about resurrection. Become Jesus, raise zombies, bring a dead website to life. Whatever it is, make it interesting.
Any engine is allowed but RPG Maker is recommended, especially if it's your first jam. Ask around if you need help. 

Jam runs for a month and a bit, so plan ahead. Post progress.
