Very cool and interesting! It takes a while to figure out how everything works, but once you do, it's pretty satisfying and it feels awesome because you understood it yourself. There's a couple of things I didn't get though, like the lower flipswitch and turnable knob on the radar. I'm not 100% sure I understood the 3 directions on the main panel (wind direction, tornado and lightning origin), but I managed to send a successful report. Some more SFX and ambient sounds would've have improved the immersion further.

This game actually really cool. Really enjoyed the atmosphere that the game delivers and the gameplay too :). Just wished that the UI was a bit more developed, like subtitles for the narator. But still, very underated .
Hopefully you'll also try mine :) /jam/brackeys-12/rate/2973690
Kept on getting the parameters and report wrong but that's probable a skill issue on my part. Really cool game with lots of feature. I really liked the way the camera switched between perspectives, it felt very intuitive.
Good stuff!
I loved the graphics and the 3d environment and audio, very atmospheric ! I could never get the parameters right, but that's probably just cause im dumb. Also is that Todd Howard's face on the book next to the computer ? lol
Nice lo-fi graphics on par with many successful indie games in horror and related genres!
Fun science-y observer vibes. I loved the billboard-y weather effects.
Scroll wheels were very difficult to use with a trackpad.
I wasn't sure how many of the readings I needed to get right to succeed. Some of them wanted .00 precision, but the instruments were much lower precision than that.
Great work!
Thanks a lot! I see how a trackpad could make it diffiuclt, that is definitely an oversight by us. And i agree that giving an indication of how accurate the readings have to be, and which are needed, would be an improvement for sure. As of now all the measurements have to be within 10% of the reading, and everything has to be correct, apart from lightning and tornado direction which are only needed for lightning and tornado storms.
