Is there a storyline of some kind? Right now it's just accepting/rejecting forms and running away. If I'm missing something then there should be some kind of indication that there's more content.

The calm day of work accepting or rejecting forms, before a 'storm' comes in the form of a mob angry at you for your answers.

Loved this! I do wonder what form I'm approving or rejecting for though. Either way had a great time!
The chase part could definitely do with more or details, something like the people you rejected showing in the crowd instead of a gray mob would've been a nice touch
