Nice game, the fight gives me Sans PTSD, I gotta be lightning fast to react to those laser blasts and it's really hard for me. The game has neat visuals but the HUD for the player UI and charge overlaps with the arena and blocks the view when I am at the bottom. But judging by the screenshots I assume is because different screen aspect ratios/resolutions.

I like the visuals and feel of the game, the movement seem smooth and the dash works great really, the simplified graphics for the dungeon works nice and also the tutorial helps a lot, I would advice that you make dialog disappears after akey press so that we dont have to just move away to make them vanish, but its good as is too. I rate graphics, fun, control and music the most, all is great really, also, if you have some time, please, rate my game too, thanks!!!
I Love the art style and boss fight! IT feels like Undertale to me with how you set the arena up! Really polished and fun, wish there was more time so you could have added more!
(If you're willing to I'd love it If you rate and give me some feedback on my game! I'd love to see where I can improve for the future! :D )
This was really juicy. Short but sweet, with a lot of love and care put into the little parts of player experience. All the movement, timings, responsiveness etc felt really good and super professional. The boss fight was great, but the tutorial area was really well put together and super atmospheric as well. Really cool.
Would be great to get a little more clarity about what your team's involvement was in terms of music/sfx (does 'Yes in art' mean all the sound was sourced elsewhere?) so I know how to rate in that space :)
Hi! I'm really glad you enjoyed our game man! I'm glad to hear that and thank you for your kind words ^-^
As for the sfx/music, the sfx are some of em are sourced from somewhere else like freesound.org and others are created by my own voice or are created via sfx generators and I all fine tune it myself via an audio editor and then it was put into the game!
As for the music, all of them comes from freesound.org! Carefully picked 😁
Again, thank you for your lovely feedback! <3
I liked the game, it’s very minimalist with a good art, and the small space was really interesting. The mechanics are well-made and well-developed. I was even a little sad there weren’t more bosses. Good game!
Pretty damn solid game here. Just wanted to say that it crashed on me whenever I tried killing the dummy enemies in the tutorial though. Presentation wise, I'd say it was minimal but still pretty cool. Very readable at a glance and complemented the fast paced nature of the game.
The boss as a whole was designed pretty well. While some of it's attack patterns were definitely random, it still managed to be pretty fair. They definitely forced me to move around quite a lot and also time my shots.
My only complaint is that I think the implementation of the theme is a little loose. That said, I do like that charging your attack causes your bullets to spin around you, which you can also use to attack. I do feel more could've been done with this, but what is here is still pretty fun
All in all, this was a pretty polished and fun little game. Kudos to both of you
Very well polished! I loved every detail, the art is very beautiful too. Congratulations on your game
I love the art of the game. I hope you will continue to work on it in the future. Best of luck in the jam.
