How does the game fit the theme?
You play as animal superheroes trying to steal the villains plans for world domination!

It is of utmost importance that the villain's evil plans are stolen. Nothing can go wrong! Your plan must be perfect, if only one of the heroes is caught the operation fails. The heroes are friends after all and won't leave each other behind!

On the other hand, the heroes have unlimited tries to complete an operation and with enough patience there's literallly nothing that can go wrong and the plans are always stolen succesfully.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We made everything ouselves except for a couple sound effects. No AI was used.

How many people worked on the game?

The mechanics of drawing your path feel fresh and interesting.

Developer

Thanks for playing!

Very cool game! I love the mechanic and the amount + design of the levels. It would be nice if I didnt have to draw all lines again after watching the mission not being successfull or the units being stuck at the wall. The audio and visuals fit very well and I really enjoyed playing the game! Great work!

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks for playing! That would indeed be a nice feature. Were originally planning on it but well, you know how it goes :)

Submitted

Nice level design, had fun playing this!

Developer

Glad you found some enjoyment! Thanks for playing!

Fun game!! I sepnt quite some time on it. I like the level design and I love the music when you pick up the thing!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing!

Love the game, I beat all the levels (great that there's so many of them!). My fave is level 6, where you can just tell everyone to go in a straight line through the middle, even though I think the solution is supposed to be something harder.

Developer(+1)

Yess. we were wondering if somebody would catch that haha.

Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed! (Also beating all the levels is really impressive, some of the later ones are really, let's say, tricky :))

I am big fun of these kind of games.  I enjoy when I have time to think about the strategy before I launch the actual game. Felt good and also it was a pretty solid challenge for me.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! Happy you found some fun in our little mess!

I liked the art style! I felt like the character abilities were unnecessary as the levels I enjoyed most were the ones where no abilities were required. The cameras were too weak and most of the time you could just ignore them. The idea is neat but I think it lacks in level design and gameplay.

Developer

Very fair point on the cameras! Bummer you didn't enjoy the abilities. Those were part of the design (tho we had to downscale of course) from the start and I feel they massively increase the design space when it comes to levels!

Awesome game. Art and music was good, and level design felt well thought out.

May I suggest that you add a description of what each character can do? It took me a while to realize that he blue character needed to go to the control panel to open the blue bars. In the tutorial I thought the control panel was loot, since it disappeared :D

Well done!

Developer

Thank you so much! Wish our game was nearly as cool as yours (friend excitedly messaged me that the soiree guy liked our game :)).

That's a good idea, might get on that.

Very fun game!, Nice level design and artstyle choice, I would recommend that make the size a little bigger tho, It was bit intimidating to see and draw. Overall nice game!

Developer (1 edit)

Thannks for playing, much appreciated! You're probably right when it comes to size!

Submitted

surprisingly fun, i think it would have been better if everything wasnt so small and i found myself having to restart a lot because they just ran into the walls but i did find myself playing most of the level and for the amount of time it is very well done, keep up the good work

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing, glad you had fun! Size wise you're probably right, we implemented a zoom function last minute but was a bit too wonky so we scratched it.

Submitted

Very cool idea and excelent implementation! Characteds do have a sinergy and it's workded out from your level design. Great job!

And I think level 8 is uncompletable - maybe you connected the blue ones wrong

Developer

Thank you so much!

You're right on level 8! Looks like we botched that one haha

Submitted

Really neat idea! Planning out everyone's moves in advance is a nice mechanic. Kudos for the tutorial as well :)

Developer

Thanks for playing and the kind words!

Submitted

I enjoyed it, but found it hard to draw the lines. Otherwise a nice job

Developer

Hey, thanks for your comment! We adjusted the colliders which should make it easier to draw, in case you want to give it another shot.

thanks for playing

The concept is trully unique. That is why Jams are so good.

Developer

Comments like this really make that dopamine come out thanks!

Submitted

Very nice implementation of plan and launch concept! Our team also had those idea, but we not managed to realize how to implement that! Although visuals is minimalistic, its good enough to recognize all objects and make a good plan. Also, your tutorial is really great!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the kind words! Would have loved to see your take on this kind of game!

Submitted

Really cool concept! The drawing path mechanic is really interesting and I liked that each character had different abilities. I ran into the heroes stuck on walls issues that people mentioned below, but other than that it was perfect! Really great job on this!

Developer

Thank you for playing! Glad you found some enjoyment!

Developer

Hey, we adjusted the colliders in case you want to give it another shot. It should be a bit more forgiving now.

Submitted

Really fun game! The only problem was that sometimes the heros get stuck on walls, and I have to redraw everything all over again. Had to skip a few levels. Those bugs aside, I really love the unique game mechanic. It was super fun!

Developer(+1)

Yeah the heroes stuck on wall "issue" seems to be commone! Still, thanks for playing!

Developer

Hey, we adjusted the colliders a bit to make it a little more forgiving in case you want to give those tricky levels another go. Thanks for playing!

Submitted

Fun idea. There is a lot of depth under this one!

Developer

Thanks! Means a lot!

Submitted

The concept is really good and i loved that you can draw paths to pass the levels. Sadly it was too buggy and drawing the paths was really problematic.

Developer

Hey thanks for playing anyways!

Developer

Hey we adjusted the colliders a bit to make it more forgiving and easier to draw in case you want to give it another shot. Thanks for playing anyways!

Submitted(+1)

I would love to give another chanc!!

Submitted

I loved the idea of being able to draw out your own path! Only thing was that it felt a bit hard to draw paths cause most of the time it wouldn't start drawing, but overall nice!

Developer

Glad you enjoyed, despite the finnicky drawing!

Developer

Hey! We adjusted the colliders to make the drawing easier.

Just in case you want to give it another shot :) Anyways thanks for playing!
