How does the game fit the theme?
You have to play minigames to determine your slot machine's setup and increase your chances of gaining enough money to pay your taxes; messing up is not an option, especially with the strict time limit.
Unless you claim all of the squares, spinning the wheel will have a chance of setting you back quite a few quid; being unlucky is also not an option, though your luck can be improved by doing well in the minigames.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
SFX came from freesound.org and jsfxr.
Shader code and some movement code was taken from tutorials.

I really enjoy the concept. I found myself try this game too long (until I win XD). I'm trying the endless mode and cant stand a chance. The blue ball one destroy me super hard. Nice work for a gambling game! I guess I'm addicted to gamble now lol!

Some personal notes:
I would have enjoyed more if the minigame were a bit less difficult, I always ended up with negative money.
I am not a fast typist, maybe increase time a bit?
The player felt very slow in the movement games. Not enough time to plan and not enough speed to react.
Yeah the brutal difficulty of the minigames was a common critique. Should've gotten some playtesters while developing the game.

Fun game, pretty good timings balance for me =) was just enogth not to make it easy, but not too hard (acheavable). After a while fed up with the music ( ◡̀_◡́)ᕤ
Was pretty addictive and fun to play, was caugth by exploration "what other mini game there are?"

I LOVE this game! The graphics and music are fun, the premise is awesome! My only complaint is I have old lady hands and I can't beat any of the mini games except the typing one lol

Haha, love gambling ! A very non-addictive gambling experience with the quick pace, but it's really great. Everything is homemade, a lot of work went into it, dude. All the design work that you don’t always notice because the rhythm of your game is so fast. Great job, it’s really a fantastic game. 🙃
This cures my gambling addiction by spamming that "Erh" sound for straight 5 minutes (also I'm really bad at dexterity game).
