Pretty cool fishing game! I think if the boat controls were just little bit more responsive it would feel much better. Also lower that music volume please 😂 Otherwise great polish in here . Overall i enjoyed it, even though the greedy boss was really greedy :)

This was a really cool experience ! Took me a turn to understand the mechanics, then it's a nice game loop where you always have something to do; the shop and capacity ameliorations make it even more replayable. The visuals are cool and the music is nice for that kind of gameplay.

This was really fun! I really liked the art and the gameplay! I just wish the boat was a little easier to control. Sometimes it was really frustrating to move around. But if it was intentional, then I'll call it skill issue from my part hahaha xD Awesome work! Keep it up!

Very original yet strong mechanics, graphics, UIs and sound design are spot-on as well, had lot of fun making some hardtech fishing ! Well done :)

The title's got super wordplay. And the boat mechanics were awesome. Definitely almost getting into AAA game section!! Good work! Keep it up!!🙌🙌

Haha you are too kind :D

Very cool game. I'm not sure what some of the Fate upgrades did.

Developer

Sorry for that!

Fate upgrades are stronger than normal upgrades, but always contain some downside effect. Their prices are also fixed, not increase after purchase like normal ones. But to get them in late game, you have to reroll Fate more times, exposing yourself to Curses which can appear multiple times.

I like the ambient music for the game, I hear lofi ghibli music in there (spirited away?). I love the UI, looks clean and nice. When you said dredge-like I was already excited to play hehe. The game feels very polished and the visuals are amazing! The movement is a bit hard to get used to. I was so invested and mad it to day 4. Overall great work!

Thanks! Will try to develop a bullet heaven style + Dredge-like game in the future!

An extremely polished fun arcade fishing game! The gameplay is quite simple, you drive a boat, catch some fishes, while avoiding the fireball chucking tentacle.

the visual of this game looks amazing, especially the ship and the harbor model.
I love the upgrade systems, it makes the gameplay loop so much satisfying and encourages to take riskier play.

Speaking of risk, I really adore the idea of sacrificing some of your ship's health to get money and buy more upgrades, that and the Fate section of the upgrade, both of those things together give the player a lot of choice and not to mention adds a lot of depth to the overall game.

Overall you guys did an amazing job on this

A good idea with good gameplay. The only thing that I didn't find the dash movement useful but that's all. Good job.

fun game, polished visuals, cool animations

i wish for more atmospheric music but that's fine too:)

uuu I like it
1 problem I has was that the boat felt a bit unresponsive, or laggy, may be a browser fault.

But I like the idea, it looks nice and the sounds are cool too

Overall really solid entry, great job!

I enjoyed the progression of hazards quite a bit. Good game!

Very cool game for a jam! Great implementation of game mechanic loops. The core loop and the long loop integrate very well, I had to balance how much greedy I could go and lost I few times due to that(which was cool, a learning curve).
Art and music work very well together and fit the gameplay perfectly.

Good one!

Thank you! Hope your game become an upcoming great successor of "Hotline Miami"-like action packed title!

Looooove this! The UI looks super good, and it would make an amazing mobile game Imo! Could even be really cool to try in coop - I think it can absolutely work
