I liked it. It fits the picture nicely and the piece is pleasant to listen to.
This is super great! I love the piano especially, great playing! The timing is a little too off at times but it’s close! Honestly its nice when things are a little bit off here and there, makes it feel more natural. Probably if you quantized a bit would do the trick.
Wow! So many tasty little things going on here. Tasteful drums, tasteful leads... Love all the melodies and harmonies the piano builds into. Those "la la"s are super fun, and it perfectly captures the vibe of the prompt.
Oh! I absolutely love this one, how perfectly it fits the vibe I was picturing. :0
Jaunty little tune. The theme pick has two friends on a happy little walk, and that's what I hear in your song!
Drums sounded very authentic in this one. If you did that with midi, I would be impressed.
Nope, I think the Aaahs in the last part are the only thing I drew in the piano roll. Pretty much everything else is played - which is why there so much stuff out of time hahaha
Really enjoyed your use of contrasting instruments to signal the new section! (~0:40) I would have welcomed a contrasting key exploration to go with it. Some variation in the piano rhythms could also help define that idea further. But seriously, nice intro and so many great ideas in this :)
I definitely had a lot of trouble with recording piano, lol. I ended up having rerecord the original piano takes after I recorded drums because I was just so out of time by the end of it all - even after redoing the piano, It's still so scuffed at places.
The intro was my favorite part as well, and I originally tried to write it with a more symphonic set of instruments but thought that didn't really fit the theme.
Absolutely loved this bright and cheerful song and really nice piano performance, though at 1:12 and 1:15 the piano came in just behind the beat.
real. I tried adjusting the timing after, but I couldn't get the timing quite right . idk why I didn't just re-record, that probably would've been faster.
