Just so you know, Space Paws can be played on Android via Joiplay with the Ruffle plugin or the stand alone Ruffle APK.
https://github.com/torokati44/ruffle-android/releases
Download the apk and install it. Click on the app and load the downloaded swf file and there ya go!
For you, I'd just download the stand alone Ruffle apk. I have the link provided to it in my OG comment.
Once you load Ruffle, there will be two options "Open URL" or "Select SWF"
Click on "Select SWF" and you'll be taken to your phones main storage. From there, just type swf or the name of the file itself, and it'll instantly come up. Once it does, click on the file and it'll load the game from there.
