I understand sometimes concept art/sketching out ideas is acceptable in jams so long as it's not used as is for the jam in some past events. What is the stance for this contest?
Sketching out ideas and creating concept art before the jam starts is fine, as long as the actual assets used in the game are created during the jam period.
