Use of the limitation
I chose to make the player character an animal not known for jumping or ascending in general, and made some fun work arounds for that behavior. The snail falls down and must use gusts and it's sticky nature to traverse it's environment. It must fall down to refresh itself with the droplets left on leaves to progress the six levels.

It seems like a fair concept, and while I love the sticking to the walls mechanic (reminds me of those beehive levels from Donkey Kong Country 2!), the lack of checkpoints is pretty brutal. Having to restart from scratch in order to get back to where I was is pretty tedious.
Otherwise, good entry :]
Thank you so much for playing! Originally I had planned for around ten levels, a little longer with auto saving, but my save set-up was giving me a hard time so I scratched it around day two. I just chose to do around half of that and keep them short. The new focus was more so on forcing a level of patience on the player, especially if they ended up dying!
A really fun puzzle platformer! With simple mechanics but very well designed levels, the art is incredible! Very well animated and full of character, overall great job on this!
Thank you so much for playing!
Love the concept! Looking forward to future updates!
Thank you for playing!
welcome!
Slow Life and chilling LOve it!
Awesome! Thank you for playing!
I loved your art! Very fun game!
Thank you and thank you for playing!
Very chill, love it!
Thank you for playing!
Love the art! Clever levels as well!
Thank you so much for playing!
A nice and relaxing platformer. The character sometimes gets stuck in corners and has to be restarted. Game is cool!
Thank you for playing!
It's really cute! I like snails, so I was excited to play your game! (I factor out my bias during voting, of course.) It's a simple platformer, but the art is cute and the music is nice! Good work!
Thank you so much for playing! I am glad a snail expert was pleased.
cute game. controls well, nicely done.
Thank you very much for playing!
Cool and effective platformer! Uses the limitation really well and sticking to walls was a smart mechanic
Thank you so much for playing!
Can't control the character.
But art, concept and song are nice!
Thank you.
You cannot click out of the game on the browser build or you will lose control it seems!
Refreshing the whole page should resolve the loss of control.
KNOWN BUGS:
-Colliding with corners for a repeated period of time will result in the player character becoming stuck around the eye stalks. Game Restart is required (Press "R").
-Idling around the corner of ledges for a prolonged period may result in the player character becoming stuck. Game Restart is required
(Press "R").
-Sometimes music will not loop.
-HTML build may cause a small visual bug on start-up due to a transition issue.
-HTML build has an issue where the player may lose control of the player character when clicking out of the game.
I became stuck with my face in the wall, but the ideia is great
Collision around the eye stalks is pretty scuffed so I believe that is the main culprit to those bugs. Thank you for playing and getting a kick out of the concept.
Funny, there were some bugs, but very cool game with a original mechanic.
Thank you so much for playing!
I am aware of the bug, but never had time to fix it. The player sprite process was pretty messy so I believe the upper corners of the sprite catch pieces of the (invisible) wall during animation! That specific area is a tad messy so that doesn't do any favors to the activating bug(s)... Standing on the edge will create a similar issue as well. :D
I would play if I could but I am on mac :
Apologies! I should have a MacOS/Ubuntu build by tonight for those who may want it. It was held back due to HTML issues, but the game is now playable in a browser.
