did you treat it like an actual dial lock where you go one direction then the opposite then the opposite again

Yes, I've done it the way it actually works in real life, that's the first thing I did.  Both ways.

I just played it again recently and you do clock on the numbers and you should hear three clicks if you get the numbers right

Well, I can give it another go or wait for an updated version,  Do I need to click anything when I'm on the right number or will it just make a sound when I hit the right one?

I clicked on the ticks in lines with number if you get the numbers correct you'll hear a click three clicks and it's unlocked and can use that same code in every run
