An ‘undo’ mechanic would be nice on death.
On the 3 puzzle games I played this jam so far, this was the most engaging logic wise
I eventually got stumped by lvl 19
Nice game! :D

Nice game! :D
I really enjoyed this! cool puzzle mechanic with a lot of variation and a good amount of levels. I didn’t manage to beat level 32 yet, it’s quite tricky (which is fun). my only complaint is that there’s no undo button — I guess that would have been a lot of work. awesome entry regardless!
Wonderful puzzle game! You understood the core mechanic really well clearly as all the variations on it were great! The gradual introduction of complexity with each level for each mechanic was really well done. Music and visuals were really solid too, I loved the style of the background image along with the mold itself. Really nice challenge curve too, 32 had me stumped for awhile! Excellent job!
Dang, that's a solid puzzle game! Such a simple, yet surprisingly complex idea. I'm gonna have to spend more time on this. My mold isn't very smart.
Super fun puzzle game! A really impressive amount of content and mechanics. I really enjoyed the difficulty curve, it felt like a nice balance of easy to difficult while new mechanics were being introduced, the last puzzle was pretty tough, but it was very satisfying to solve it! Great work!
Awesome puzzle, the mechanics are clear and expand smoothly. 32 levels is a really great job. Did you test them manually? A few months ago I made my first game, also a puzzle and it was hard to test only 10 levels to remove shortcuts. Or I am just a bad puzzle designer :D
Nice game, well done!
Thank you!
We developed the levels firstly "by hand", drawing them for instance on excel to have a grid just to have an idea. Then, on Godot, we had a TileMapLayer that was used to generate the levels and we mainly used that to test the levels without the need to actually play them, we just needed to draw the result of moves. Finally we also did some playtests on the actual game but the main focus was ar TileMapLayer level.
Puzzles were limited enough that removing shortcuts was easy, but many levels can still be solved in multiple ways.
This game is brilliant! I legit love it. Very rewarding figuring out the puzzles. Great aesthetic design. Perfect game jam entry. No notes.
Great work!
This is a really cool abstract puzzle. You did a great job creating so many levels. This isn’t the kind of game that will keep me for long, but I enjoyed how everything is neatly designed. I clearly felt the progress in understanding the game mechanics through trial and error, and that’s a very rewarding feeling for a puzzle.
Very good! The challenges kept me hooked until the last level. Vibes are good.
If anything, I would maybe speed up dying animations.
..Did I just spot something suspicious in one of the levels?
Very cool concept. I didn't do all the levels, but I found the difficulty very well-balanced, which is super hard to do in a puzzle game!
Nice implementation of the theme - simple and elegant. Some levels are genius, while the others just good. Dying time is too long. Got stuck on level 32 :(
Hell yeah! This game is awesome. Love this submission. Good job guys. The later levels got quite challenging and really expanded on your concepts, lots of fun and great interpretation of the theme with lots of creativity. I like the art and the lab theme.
If there were to be a later version of this game, I would want a previous turn button so I didn't have to repeat my moves as much as things became more challenging - so the player can really fiddle with the puzzle with ease. A small note on accessibility, is that there's a potential danger of colourblind issues so a texture or pattern on the green slime would be nice. Although, saying that, I am colourblind and managed okay.
Really clever puzzle game, well done! It fits the theme very well and the concept is very unique. Great job!
