So many fun, well executed ideas here! I was not expecting that boss cameo, and that sealed the deal for me that this game rules. I love how crazy the concept and setting is. Great job! :)

Wonderful game! Simple yet engaging gameplay loop. Loved the little coin stack that would grow as you earned more money!

Developer

Thank you! :D I wanted to do something a bit more fun than the standard numeric coin counter for your money!

You had some very cool visual things going on! I was having difficulty determining that this was a yard or something, some y-sort would've sold the perspective a bit.  We did a sort of carrot stealing game as well, so I feel a sense of kinship with this one!

Developer

Thank you! Yeah I was experimenting with some image drawing stuff in this. The cursor trail, the rabbit rainbow, and the spent bullet casing smoke all draw stuff onto an image which fades over time. Check the source code if you’re interested :D Definitely agree about the play field, it was just a pure green ColorRect until the last day lol

I love the little farmer rat and the graphics and audio really set the game apart. The boss's egg shields take up a little too much shots for my liking; it's a little frustrating to minimize your shots the whole fight when you're manning ratting a ratling gun. Very cute game!

Thanks a lot! :D Yeah the boss is definitely a little undercooked lol

Fun to play.  I got really close to winning but just fell short.  Nice work!

Super nice game ! Loved every part of it. The graphics were great, the sound and music was entertaining and i had a blast ! Great game, happy to have played it.

Developer

Yup, can't really go wrong with a shoot 'em up.  Fun times, lots of polish.  On the constructive feedback side - it took me a minute to realize the bunny wasn't something I ought to be shooting at - maybe that got mentioned in the beginning and I forgot? Still, a bit too distracting.

Developer

Thank you! Appreciate the feedback! Yeah I didn’t really give any sort of instruction to the player in this, tried to make it as self explanatory as possible. But a little instruction is always needed I guess!

I never felt like the flow of the game stopped, so that was cool that it was all really cohesive and well done.

Developer

Thanks a lot! :D
