👋Hi there, I'm Ruben, a London-based multidisciplinary UI artist with several years of experience in making 2D high-quality game ready assets. My unique selling point is my experience in designing stylized assets without compromising functionality. I am familiar with the entire UI/2D game asset pipeline from wireframing to animating to implementation in unity and everything in between. I'm also open to revshare or a discounted rate for game projects that I feel will help me grow as a game artist and operating on a tight budget.

(An example of my work, all assets created by me )

  • Expert in crafting user-friendly and immersive game UI.
  • Skilled in accessibility-focused design.
  • Experienced in the full UI/UX pipeline—from wireframing to implementation
  • Can animate assets using Spine Animation software.
  • Proficient in semi-realism stylized character/ environment and prop illustrations.

I've collaborated with indie developers worldwide, creating UI assets for games published on Steam, Google Play, and itch.io. I’m an extremely organised individual that can work well under pressure.

Hi Inkhov, I think you might have been getting confused but I'm looking for a project not seeking someone.

Can you help me out with my game called Twardy 2.0? It's a retro-ish sandbox-survival game that is set to release next year, and I need someone to help me with the UI/Backgrounds of the game (mainly because I SUCK at making pixel art).

Hey there, is this a paid job?

My budget is $0, so it can't be.

Sorry, I'm currently looking for  paid work or games that have been close to fully developed and needs UI. I'm sure you can find a good artist here on this forum a lot of them are willing to help for free.
