I've used Newgrounds to publish music longer than I have used Itch.io. Is it possible for me to publish my OST on both Newgrounds and Itch.io?

Yes of course! As long as you submit your submission through itch.io and the jam then it should be fine. Hope this answers your question!

newgrounds exists?
