Love this style, there's a lot for me to personally learn about the composition of this style of music from your tracks! The melodies and basslines are really catchy too
I would say that the most important thing about this style of music is the reliance and abundance of syncopation. Leaving small gaps where one would almost always put a note and placing that note an eighth beat late can make it so much groovier!
