If we understand your message correctly, you have identified three issues:

“01133” (Masters of Mayhem), step 85: This is indeed a bug, and we will work on fixing it.

“49007” (Wrapped in Metal), step 151: In that step, “01120,” “01129,” and “49028” are in play, but both “01129” and “49028” are ELITE minions. Therefore, this is not a bug.

“47028” (Mutant Mayhem), step 176: We are unclear about your statement “Mutan Mayhem event was able to return 2 x-men ally to hand, no Children of the Atom in play”. We checked that step, and everything appears to be functioning correctly.
If you could provide further clarification on the third point, it would be greatly appreciated!
