This was really fun! I had to restart a few times because the kids boxed me into a corner and I couldn't push them out of the way, like I would in real life. Not sure if that was intentional or not :)
I didn't have time to rework the movement--ideally they would never box you in but the workaround was going to be a whistle blast that would make them all run in the opposite direction for 5 seconds (and also absolutely wreck your unit cohesion)
