I like the characters! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the games from the Dungeon Crawler Jam.

Funny art and nice eniveomenrt art too. Good work for you first game. It is confusing to play but as it first game it good start, would need a lot work to it so it be more fun to play.

Great start to your first game! The movement and combat works and you had a first level with some encounters. I liked the minimap too how it was showing the actual level you were in (water included!)

Keep up the good work and you have a solid crawler on your hands.

I recorded my gameplay as well:

This was quite amusing and a nice base for a game. What elements you did incorporate worked pretty well, just wishing there was a little more.

An excellent first game and entry! You have all the basics of a crawler and just need a little more game play. Thanks for submitting!

Man you weren't kidding.  Neither of us got very far did we. 😅
For some reason I had a weird off-set on the button collision, but other than that it ran OK.

Yay I won.

Not much of game but a start.

The combat was confusing for me. And still is, but I managed to both hit some punches and throw some bananas.

The video I posted along with it explains some of the stuff that didn't make it to the actual build, like more enemies, but yeah, not much going on game-wise. Thanks for trying it out!

As other commenters mentioned, different attacks/action based on distance feels really nice. Really nice one for your first game!

Thanks for trying it out.

Swapping out attacks based on distance was a very fun idea.

I'm toying with the layout to communicate this better. Hopefully I can find something good

I win !

What's there is cool enough. Movement feels alright, I really like the character portraits and their different expressions and I like the hilarious attacks and different attacks based on the distance.

Thanks a lot.
