They do indeed. Until the dent-in-the-head crowd get angry about them and harass them off the platform. I'll politely decline.

To be clear, the issue is that just because something exists, that doesn't mean it's stable or sustainable. Steam is not a hospitable place for this kind of content, and I think creators of explicit titles are playing with fire putting their content there, just like they were playing with fire continuing to use Patreon. Nothing's perfect or entirely safe, especially these days, but I think I'll more or less stay where I am for now.
I'm also not a big fan of huge, bloated 3rd party "launchers" that get between the user and the game, but that's a whole 'nother discussion.
In addition, even if the game is released on Steam, it is not a fact that it will be available to all users. For example, I'm in Russia and the games that you showed before are not available in my region, even my favorite game Lust Doll Plus, which recently created a Steam page, is also not available, although in the early days of the page's existence it was available to me and I managed to add it to my wish list.
