What a cute little wave shooter! All the upgrades and controls were quite well polished, the art was really nice, and I had a lot of fun playing it! My one suggestion would probably be to make the dash happen in the direction the player is moving, since you don't usually want to dash in the direction you're shooting at(monsters are coming in that direction, often.) Other than that, great submission!
