I love it when theres voice acting! Good job. The battles could use a lot more work though. Did the enemy ever attack?

Sorry, enemies do not do anything at all, I couldn't finish that part on time ¦3

Nice story, and I like the voice acting of the characters!

I was really impressed by this, I could definitely see it evolving to a deep adventure. The castle art was fantastic.

Very nice visuals and voice over! The screen noise is a little bit too much, but still very cool.

I was a little confused in the combat: whose turn, selected card, choosing target, etc. I think a few visual indicator improvement will greatly improve this game's playability.

An impressive presentation, between the background art and the voice acting. I especially love the Necromancer hamming it up! Also, it's really awesome that you built a turn-based strategy engine for a jam.

The battle segments could be much improved with a few tweaks. 1) There should be an indicator showing whose turn it is (yes, we can see turn order in the top left, and each character has a distinctive deck, but still, it would be helpful to have an arrow above the character's head or a circle on the ground). 2) The decks were not very well balanced. In several battles, I found myself just drawing and passing until an Arrow card came up (by far the most useful card in the game). 3) It was unclear what, if anything, the enemies were doing (although their names were listed in the turn order list). 4) No health indicators were visible for either player characters or enemies.

Thank you for sharing this feedback!

Yeah, the whole battle system was too ambitious for me to finish in just one week, so it remained incomplete ¦3

The voice actors make the game a lot more fun!

Great voice actors, was fun to hear the group interact. Art and ui was to simplistic for taste in parts. But in general this game transported a nice vibe. Good job!

Super simple gameplay. Amazing character art and sound. The fuzzy stuff was odd on the eyes.
